Charged for items never shipped

I've shopped with Sneaker Villa for years and have always had good experiences, whether it was at one of several store locations or online, up until now. I was able ordered 2 pair of Jordan 11s for my son and I on Dec.

8, 2018 which was release. As usual for big online releases, you have to wait in a virtual line and when prompted you can order. I did that and my credit card payment was processed and I requested thatbit be shipped to store for free. Granted this was a huge release, after a week or so the online status remained at "picking", even after my card had been charged.

I visited the store and they replied saying that I'd have to take that issue up with corporate. I called over 6 times holding for over 15 minutes each call never getting through and even emailed them a few times, with a response from the Postmaster saying that the recipients inbox was full. Really?!?! At this point, the sneakers have restocked over 3 times on most sites and I still havent recieved my initial order, but I damn sure was charged $440.

Horrible!

Never again. This was very unprofessional.

Bought a shirt here tried to return with receipt in good condition the return policy doesn’t let you return with debit credit card with is terrible for customer service in store policy I will never shop here again going back to foot locker better customer service and policy is great on return with receipt ***

I ordered a pair of sneakers on a Friday. Our order was then put in "Post Review" for "security purposes" on Saturday. I called, was put on hold for about 40 minutes, and then received an automated message that their wait times were "through the roof," I should call back or email, and was promptly disconnected. They are closed on Sunday, so on Monday, we called and gave them the information they needed to process the order. We were told by the customer service representative that our order was complete and we would receive our order on Thursday or Friday. On Thursday evening, I received an email stating that the order was cancelled due to "out of stock." We called to ask what happened and were told that by the time our order was received, they were out of stock. So, basically, this company sells items they do not even have. Stay away and beware. This company is a joke, and the customer service is nonexistent. Oh, they did offer us 25% off on a future order of shoes they don't have. No thank you.

I bought a size 10 air Jordan for my son 9/8/2017 I want back 9/8/17 to make a return because it was too big! the store associate told me they have not made any sales as there was no money to give me because I paid with cash, I was so pissed as I have to check back again when they made sales.

This the Arkansas location in Arlington.

I have called the customer service more than 10 times not answering either won't be going back to the store after I get my refund. Bisola

As a manager of one of the villa I would like to explain that no matter what store it is we all have to open up with a certain amount of money . . And not making any sales and having a return would leave us with no change to give a customer when they did pay.

So far terrible

I put in my order early Wednesday, and it is now Saturday and my order still says "picking." I tried to call Friday and was told they were taking too many calls and that I should email or call later. I emailed around noon and still haven't heard anything back. Would not recommend so far.

Ordered a pair of nike uptempo chicagos. 2 days after doin so they emailed saying they needed credit card verification,fine,not a problem. The next day i get an email saying the shoe is out of stock and order has been cancelled?! So,your telling me they didnt know they were out of stock before i paid for them and they are never getting them back in stock?! Extremely disappointed! wrong choice to try this company.

I paid for extra for 2 day shipping and when I finally got my shoes I had got the wrong shoes and I paid 200 dollars for jordans and they sent me pumas so I had to keep calling them and go all the way to FedEx to ship the shoes back to them to get the right shoes, so I waited 3 days then I finally called ruvilla and costumer service tell me that the shoes I purchased was all sold out now I got to wait for my money to get on my card now and that pissed me off and I will never be purchasing from here again and I will be on this website *** until my money get right back on my card.

I placed a overnight order with Villa, i haven't receive a tracking number or update sent several emails. customer service have this dumb *** message and there is no one i can contact. i am unable to track m y order online. and i paid additional 35.090 for over night shipment. i am highly pissed off. i will not recommend anyone ordering from this company they are hoooorible. i am so upset i ordered theses shoes for my husband because they was the last pair his m other bought him before she passed when they first came out we are suppose to celeb rate her birthday and he wanted to wear them it dont look like he will be able to do so as i dont know that status of m y order. i just want to cry i am so pissed off.

I got an email with a confirmation number then an additional email saying contact customer service just curious to know how your online experience went.. Negative reviews got me worried

Very Very Rude and Disrespectful employees

Had horrible experience at the Villa on Division street in Chicago. I bought my son a pair of Nike pants as a Christmas gift. The girl who took care of me told me I could return the pants with the receipt. I was a little unsure of the size so I specifically asked her about the return policy. The pants did not fit. I took the pants back to exchange them,not even get my money back. I had the original receipt with me. I did not realize that my son had taken the tags off the pants. The same girl who sold me the pants and told me I just needed the receipt told me they could not be returned. I do understand policy,but I paid $90 for a pair of pants I cannot use. She would not budge on the no tags no returns. I realize that policy needs to be put into place. I have worked in the service industry for over 20 years. What I do know is that being kind and a little understanding goes a long way. All I said to the girl was that I would not be shopping here again. She was so rude to me, said "Oh that breaks my heart" Not necessary behavior at all. I have lived in the neighborhood for 10 years. I shop at Villa quite often and spend good money. After the way I was treated I will never step foot in this store again. The other 2 workers were just as rude. Very childlike behavior. Have no idea what customer service is all about and they have lost a good customer. I realize the tags were not on. There are exceptions to every rule and she even said she could tell they have not been worn. I am much older than the young girl who was so incredibly rude to me and my son. Very disrespectful behavior. SHe needs to go back to school and learn some manners. Obviously nobody has taught her. It is a shame to have someone like this running your store. I really hope that the corporate office or whomever makes decisions on employment has a talk with this young women. She may be the reason that every time I go in the store, I am the only one in there. Just a thought. Someone like her will put you out of business. Like I said I have been a restaurant manager for over 20 years. I would not hire this girl to work with customers for anything. Very bad attitude. And laughing at me as I left calling me names. Really, That is a good way to bring in business!!!! All I wanted was to exchange a pair of pants. She could of easily retagged it and gave us another pair. I would have even paid more money and bought a more expensive pair. Even though the pants cannont be worn and I am out $90 at least learned a lesson, to never shop at Villa again.

NEVER SHOP AT VILLA FOR SNEAKERS

TODAY I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT MY LOCAL VILLA STORE: I am a huge Sneaker head and was really excited to see that Villa was having a program where I could donate a toy to get a pair of space Jam 11s reserved. So last Sunday i donated my toy and they said they would be opening at 9:00 and I could pick up my pair at anytime during the day. I showed up at 11:30 and they informed me that they sold the pair that I RESERVED. However, it did not end there, I was frustrated and siting in the store trying to think what to do and then multiple employees came to me and started laughing at me, making fun of me and basically making me feel horrible. They were laughing at me because apparently I had to pick up the pair before 11:00 and they were laughing at me and probably still are thinking I'm a dumb dude that knows nothing about sneaker releases. As a result of this all, I will never shop at Villa ever again, I have a big sneaker instagram account and I will never promote villa again, and I will tell all my friends and fellow sneaker heads to never shop at Villa. First they sold my reserved pair and then the workers made fun of me and laughed and me and were the least helpful any workers could ever be.
